James Flannery graduated from the University of Otago in 2013, and later completed his Pg.Dip in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at AUT in 2016. James focuses on patient education and empowerment, exercise focused rehabilitation and manual therapy. James has a keen interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation, neck injuries and concussion, and management of chronic pain conditions.
Nicky Spence is a qualified Neuromuscular Therapist having completed a 3 year Bachelor of Therapeutic and Sports Massage degree. Nicky has professional knowledge and skill to manage complex soft tissue rehabilitation. Nicky can help maintain or re-establish balance within the body to provide optimal wellness and stability for Mental, Physical and Emotional health. Massage can be used as a standalone modality or complemented with additional healthcare modalities to bring the nervous and musculoskeletal systems together.
Young Kim is our experienced traditional acupuncuturist with qualifications including a BHSc. in Acupuncture and a Diploma of Chinese Herbal Medicine from from the School of Acupunture NZ. Young is also Certified in Traditional Thailand Massage and is currently pursuing advanced studies in Functional Medicine at FMU (Functional Medicine University).
